Learn How to Add a Watcher onto a Ticket

Watchers can be added to a ticket to 'watch' or keep track of the progress of a ticket. These are usually used for users that have not created the ticket and are not doing the work on the ticket but should be notified of the progress of the ticket.
- When creating a ticket, click on the 'eye' icon in the top right corner.
- A user can either click 'Start Watching' to add themselves as a watcher to a specific ticket, or they can select 'Manage Watchers' and select which users they wish to add.
- When a user is watching a ticket, they will receive notifications on ticket status and updates via email.
