Learn How to Add a Watcher onto a Ticket
Watchers can be added to a ticket to monitor its progress. This feature is typically used for users who did not create the ticket and are not directly involved in its tasks but need to stay informed about its status.
Adding Watchers to a Ticket
- During Ticket Creation:
- Click on the 'eye' icon in the top right corner of the ticket creation screen.
- Adding Watchers:
- To add yourself as a watcher, click 'Start Watching'.
- To add other users, select 'Manage Watchers' and choose the users you want to notify. When a user is designated as a watcher, they will receive email notifications about the ticket status and updates.
