How to Add a Photo or Video for Reference on a Checklist
When creating a checklist, if you would like to add another layer of depth for your technicians to follow, you can attach images or videos for what the expectation is for a checklist step.
On the replace all filters step, we have attached a media file for what the filter should look like.
When the technician is completing the checklist, they will see the example image, and then they are also able view it larger if it is clicked on.
