Create and Export Reports

Learn how to create and export custom reports in Chekhub.

Chekhub allows you to capture essential data from your teams, assets, checklists, and tasks, providing valuable insights for decision-making. This guide will walk you through the process of generating reports and exporting them in different formats.

  1. Access the Reporting Module
    • From the main dashboard, locate the Reporting section in the left-side navigation menu.
    • Click on Reports to access the reporting tool.
  2. Create a Report
    • Using the column on the left hand side of the screen select the type of report you want to generate. Chekhub offers several options, such as Billing, Ticket Activity, Team Performance, Assets, PM Exceptions, Rounds Overview, Daily Rounds, Checklists, Organization Metrics and Custom reports.
    • Use the available filters to refine your report. Filters may include:
      • Date range (e.g., last 7 days, last 30 days, custom date range)
      • TeamsProject/Asset type
      • Locations
    • After selecting your filters, click on Generate Report.
  3. Preview Your Report
    • After generating the report, a preview will appear showing key data fields and the structure of the report.
    • Review the report to ensure all necessary information is included. You can search through the data or use the column filters feature in the bottom right of the report.
  4. Export Your Report
    • Once satisfied with the report, locate the export channels located in the bottom right side of the screen.Select the export format you want the report downloaded as.
      • CSV for data analysis or import into other tools.
      • Excel for a detailed, editable report.
      • JSON for use in programming environments or API integrations.
      • Print to directly print a hard copy or save as a PDF via your printer settings.

By following these steps, you can efficiently create, customize, and export reports in Chekhub to manage data and support operational decisions.
