- To Create a Ticket Template, start from the Admin Dashboard on the left side of your screen.
- Once there, click on the Tickets tab in the top menu bar.
- On this page, click the +ADD button in the Templates section.
- A form will appear that will allow you to choose the basics of a ticket and which options you would like to set in your new template. Everything from the Project and Assets to Checklists and Approvers can be added to make creating tickets more efficient.
- Additional Properties can be added as well to have things such as floor plans or gate codes attached to the template.
