How to Delete Offline Data from the Mobile Application
To clear cached data from your mobile device in Chekhub, follow these steps:
- Access the More Menu:
- On the Mobile Dashboard, click the 'More' button located in the bottom right corner of the screen.
- Open Preferences:
- A side panel will appear. Click the 'Preferences' button.
- Navigate to Offline Data:
- In the mobile preferences menu, click the 'Offline Data' button.
- Clear Log Data:
- You will see offline data for Tickets, Checklists, and Logs. Click on the 'Logs' tab.
- Select 'Delete All' to clear all log data.
