How to Delete Offline Data from the Mobile Application
Sometimes cached data needs to be cleared from your mobile device. This guide is going to show you how and where to do that.
When on the Mobile Dashboard, click the ‘More’ button in the bottom right hand corner of the screen.
This will open a side panel, from here click the 'Preferences' button.
This will open your mobile preferences. Once here, click the ‘Offline Data’ button.
This will pull up your offline data for Tickets, Checklist and Logs. We are only looking to clear log data, so click on the 'Logs' tab and from here, select 'Delete All.' This should clear everything from underneath of the button.
