How to Delete Offline Data from the Mobile Application

To clear cached data from your mobile device in Chekhub, follow these steps:

  1. Access the More Menu:
    • On the Mobile Dashboard, click the 'More' button located in the bottom right corner of the screen.
  2. Open Preferences:
    • A side panel will appear. Click the 'Preferences' button.
  3. Navigate to Offline Data:
    • In the mobile preferences menu, click the 'Offline Data' button.
  4. Clear Log Data:
    • You will see offline data for Tickets, Checklists, and Logs. Click on the 'Logs' tab.
    • Select 'Delete All' to clear all log data.
