Utilizing Search:- Search Bar: Type keywords or file names into the search bar located at the top of the Library module.
- Filter Options: Refine your search using filters like file type (e.g., documents, images) or date uploaded.
- Search by Content: The search function can also scan the content within your documents for relevant keywords.
Commenting on Files:
One of the key benefits of the Chekhub Library is the ability to add comments directly to files. This feature enhances collaboration by allowing team members to leave notes, provide feedback, and discuss changes right within the document. Comments can be used to highlight important information, ask questions, or suggest improvements, making it easier to communicate and coordinate efforts without the need for separate emails or messages. By centralizing discussions within the file, you can ensure that all relevant context and insights are easily accessible to everyone working on the project.
Tools in Chekhub Library:

- Sort Files: Sort the files within folders in ascending or descending order by name or date.
- Column Views: Choose which details about your files you wish to see by applying filters to customize your view. The library also allows you to save different folder views, making it easier to access and manage your filtered files.
- Export: The Chekhub Library allows you to export your folders and files as CSV, XLSX, or JSON formats. Additionally, you have the option to print your files.
