How to Edit and Manage Ticket Priorities

  1. To edit your Ticket Priorities, start from the Admin Dashboard on the left side of your screen.
  2. Once there, click on the Tickets tab in the top menu bar. 
  3. On this page, click the Edit button in the Ticket Priority section.
  4. A window will open that displays all Ticket Priorities. These field such as Name, Icon Color, and associated time frames can all be edited from here. 
  5. Once you have edited the information you wish to change, click Save and the edits will automatically apply across your Organization.
