How to Edit and Manage Ticket Priorities
- To edit your Ticket Priorities, start from the Admin Dashboard on the left side of your screen.
- Once there, click on the Tickets tab in the top menu bar.
- On this page, click the Edit
button in the Ticket Priority section.
- A window will open that displays all Ticket Priorities. These field such as Name, Icon Color, and associated time frames can all be edited from here.
- Once you have edited the information you wish to change, click Save and the edits will automatically apply across your Organization.
