To view the Map, click the Map icon in the navigation menu on the left side of your screen.
Once on the Maps page, you will be able to see a list of your active tickets on the left-hand side and your active members or locations and assets on the right-hand side.
On the right-hand menu, you have the ability to swap between Locations or Assets view.
You are also able to view members, teams, and assets on the map.
Both the left and right menus have several sorting options that allow you to narrow your fields to find exactly what you are looking for more efficiently.
On the full map view, you also have the ability to zoom in and out, click and drag your movement as well as click on specific members, assets, or locations for a closer, more in-depth view.
